Those interested in attending the National Chicken Council’s Chicken Marketing Seminar this summer in Idaho should consider registering by Monday, May 20 and be eligible to win a free premier lake-view suite at the Coeur d’Alene resort.  The seminar, sponsored by NCC in cooperation with the National Poultry & Food Distributors Association, will be held July 21-23 at the Coeur d’Alene Golf & Spa Resort, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, approximately 35 minutes from the Spokane International Airport.

All those who register with NCC by close of business on Monday, May 20 will be entered into a random drawing to award the free suite for a 4-night stay.  Online registration is available at www.chickenmarketingseminar.org as well as a preliminary agenda and information about the seminar, how to make hotel reservations, and transportation details. Each meeting participant must register separately online using their own user name, which is your business email address, and your NCC password on file.  You can recover your password on file with NCC as you start the registration process.

The two-day seminar explores trends in food marketing, consumer purchasing behavior, and new products to help you better succeed in today’s competitive marketplace.  Analysts also provide forecasts for chicken and competing meats and the annual supermarket-foodservice round table gives chicken marketers the opportunity to hear directly from their customers.  The seminar also incorporates a number of relaxed networking opportunities, including a golf tournament, all in a beautiful lakefront setting.

For questions about the seminar, contact Maggie Ernst, NCC’s senior director of meetings and member services, at [email protected].
