The National Poultry & Food Distributors Association (NPFDA) presented Bill Roenigk, National Chicken Council senior vice president, with its Poultry Industry Lifetime Achievement Award on Wednesday during the 2013 International Production & Processing Expo held in Atlanta this week. NPFDA’s award was initiated in 1991 to honor poultry industry leaders that have played a major role in the growth of the industry. Presenting the award to Roenigk is Al Acunto, NPFDA chairman.
