The Food Safety and Inspection Service this week announced the 2013 rates it will charge meat and poultry establishments as well as egg products plants for providing overtime, holiday inspection and identification, certification, and laboratory services. The new service rates will be applied on the first FSIS pay period at the beginning of the calendar year, January 13, 2013.
