The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ annual meeting, the Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, was held last week in Philadelphia.  NCC once again represented the chicken industry by attending and exhibiting at this premier event for food and nutrition professionals.  The conference and the expo featured the latest nutrition science information, foodservice trends and access to the top experts.  Over 350 exhibitors attended the Expo.
