OK Foods, Inc., has announced the addition of Shane Calhoun as director of food safety and quality assurance. Calhoun comes to OK Foods with 15 years of industry experience with an extensive background in all areas of food safety and quality assurance. Prior to joining OK Foods, Calhoun was the director of quality assurance for Pilgrim’s Pride and technical sales manager for Silliker Laboratories. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Baylor University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Arkansas.
