The deadline to register to attend  the National Chicken Council’s 58th Annual Conference is next Tuesday, September 18.  The conference is scheduled October 10-11 at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Washington, D.C.  All those who wish to participate must register and make hotel reservations by next Tuesday.

If you plan to attend the upcoming conference but have not yet registered,  visit the conference website at www.nationalchickencouncil.org/conference/ to complete your registration online.  Click on “Register Now,” located on the right-hand side of the home page.  You will be asked to log in with your user name and passcode.  Your user name is your business email address on file with NCC.  If you do not remember your passcode, you can recover it via the log-in page.  If you need assistance, contact Maggie Ernst, NCC’s senior director of meetings & member services, via email at [email protected].

All hotel reservations at the Mandarin Oriental must also be made by September 18.  Only a limited number of rooms remain available for booking under the National Chicken Council’s group room block.  Those rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  After September 18,  discounted group rates will not be available and accommodations at the Mandarin cannot be guaranteed.    Online hotel reservations can be made now by clicking here and choosing “attendee” as the guest type.  You may also call the hotel at 1-888-888-1778 to make reservations by mentioning NCC.  The Mandarin Oriental hotel is in close proximity to the National Mall and some of Washington’s most iconic monuments and museums.
