The Washington Report, the National Chicken Council weekly newsletter, is being launched today in a new Web-based format to make it more accessible and reader friendly to its subscribers. The new format will make it possible to read the newsletter on hand-held devices, and subscribers can easily search recent issues by topic or issues.
Subscribers will be sent an email summary each Friday of the week’s top poultry news, allowing readers to have quick and easy access to the stories they are particularly interested in. “By NCC availing itself of new technology, we hope that the new format will be more relevant and useful to our members in the increasingly fast-paced workplace,” Mike Brown, president of NCC, said.
