Pete Bugas, general manager of Interstate Container, Cambridge, Maryland, is the lucky winner of the early registration contest for the National Chicken Council’s July 17-19 Marketing Seminar.  Bugas’ name was randomly chosen from all registrations received by NCC by May 20, and his accommodations will be upgraded free to a one-bedroom deluxe suite with gas fireplace for 4 nights at the Resort at Squaw Creek, where the seminar will be held.  Congratulations to Pete Bugas, and thank you to all who demonstrated their support of the seminar by registering early.

For those not yet registered to attend the seminar but plan to attend, please note that the June 21 deadline to register is approaching.  Although June 21 is still a few weeks away, NCC is expecting capacity attendance at this summer’s meeting.  Therefore, if you plan to attend the seminar, be sure to register online at www.chickenusa.org/cms11. Please log on with your email address and NCC pass code.  The Web site contains important information about the meeting, including a preliminary agenda, information on how to make hotel reservations, sign up for the golf tournament, as well as additional information about transportation and the local area.

If you are registered to participate in the seminar, but have not yet made your hotel reservation, it is strongly suggested that you do so soon.  NCC expects that its block of discounted hotel rooms at the resort will sell out by June 21.  To make reservations at the Resort at Squaw Creek, visit https://resweb.passkey.com/go/chickencouncil.  If you prefer, you may call the hotel directly at 1-800-403-4434 and mention the National Chicken Council.  After June 21, you will be on your own in securing a hotel reservation and group rates will not apply.
